Delivery Policy

The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you as a customer. This, however, does not bind Party Savers to an agreement until we have confirmed your order by accepting it and dispatching the goods. Should a product displayed on the site be unavailable, is incorrectly priced or incorrectly described, Party Savers will not be obliged to sell you that product.

How and when we deliver:

We use Australia Post for our Deliveries.
The below delivery times are an estimate. Since shipping is via Australia Post they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times, but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties is meeting the below times.

1. DELIVERY TIMES FOR REGULAR POST (Excludes processing time of 1-3 working days)

  • NSW is 2-3 business days for postcodes 2000-2338, 2413-2430, 2500-2639, 2649, 2653, 2665-2672, 2720-2730, 2740-2820, 2845-2877, 2900-2920
  • NSW is 3-5 business days for postcodes 2339-2412, 2431-2483, 2640-2647, 2650-2652, 2654-2660, 2661-2664, 2673-2714, 2716-2719, 2821-2835, 2837-2844
  • VIC is 3-5 business days for postcodes 3000-3210, 3750-3811, 3921-3944
  • VIC is 4-6 business days for all other Victorian postcodes
  • QLD is 3-5 business days for postcodes 4000-4209, 4500-4549
  • QLD is 4-6 business days for all other Queensland postcodes
  • SA is 4-6 business days for postcodes 5000-5199, 5800-5999
  • SA is 5-8 business days for all other South Australian postcodes.
  • NT is 6-9 business days for postcodes 0800-0834
  • NT is 7-10 business days for all other Northern Territory postcodes
  • WA is 5-8 business days for postcodes 6000-6199, 6800-6999
  • WA is 6-9 business days for all other Western Australia postcodes.
  • TAS is 5-8 business days for postcodes 7000-7099
  • TAS is 6-9 business days for all other TAS postcodes

2.  EXPRESS SHIPPING POSTCODES - (Processing time 1 Working Day)

The below delivery times are an estimate. While Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to the postcodes below, as they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties in meeting the below times.

  • Express orders before 5PM to one of the "Next Business Day Delivery Postcodes" below. - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you the business day after that.
  • Express orders before 5PM to other postcodes listed - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you at least one business day quicker than regular postage times above. Australia post will send the order on the fastest possible delivery however there are no guarantees it will be any more than 1 day quicker than regular post.
  • Express orders before 5PM to postcodes not listed - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you using regular postage times above. Australia post will send the order on the fastest possible delivery however there are no guarantees it will be any quicker than regular post.
  • Express orders placed after 5PM will not be processed until the following day, so count as orders made the next day for purposes of dispatch time.
  • In the rare event that your order is delayed because of a missing item, we may contact you to give you the option to wait for it to become available, receive a refund or substitute it for another item. If you choose to wait for the item to come back into stock we will still send your order by express post but no refund will be given for the express service since it will still travel via the express post service.

3. Pick Up At Store By You

  • Pick up your order from our Chatswood or Brookvale Store during our opening hours. 
  • Our refund policy allows a full refund when you inspect your order in most cases when selecting this shipping option. 
  • No Shipping or Handling Charges
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
  • Allow at least 2 working days and call us before coming to our store if we haven't called you to advise your order is ready.
  • You will be required to sign to confirm you have received the parcel
  • You must bring photo ID with you and you must be the person named in the order or the person advised as the party picking up the order in the order comments.

4. Pick Up At Store By Your Courier

  • Send your own courier to pick up your order from our Chatswood Store Only during our opening hours.
  • No Shipping or Handling Charges
  • Allow at least 2 working days and call us before sending your courier.
  • DO NOT send your courier before we call you to confirm your order is ready.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
  • Notify us of the courier company that will be picking up your order to enable us to find the parcel for your courier in a timely manner.
  • MAKE SURE your courier is aware of you order number. 
  • If your courier arrives without the order number and they are not willing to wait for us to locate your parcel they may leave and we will not be liable for any costs you incur, as a result.
  • Your courier will be required to sign to confirm they have received the parcel
  • We are not responsible for courier costs, courier delivery times, courier handling or miss handling,
  • We do not accept any responsibility for damaged items inside parcels delivered to you by your courier. The courier must ensure the contents are as required when receiving the goods.

Delivery Cost

Party Savers has flat rate shipping price for all Standard Australia post size orders made in Australia. The shipping cost is $9.95.

The delivery rates apply to standard delivery of orders via regular Australia Post Satchel. Orders that include items such as Plastic Tableware, Table Cloth Rolls and Pinatas may incur extra postage fees. This is due to the weight and large size of these products. Should an order weigh over the average weight, Party Savers will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.

Party Savers reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.

Availability of Stock

Here at Party Savers we strive to keep of our products in stock to meet your requirements. Nonetheless, like with all retail businesses, some items tend to run low, be discontinued or backordered by suppliers. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe.
Should an item ordered be unavailable, a staff of Party Savers will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue in order to provide a solution.

•    goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Party Savers or any acts of third parties.
