When Will I Get My Order?

Please note we will not be held accountable for:
- Any of them missing delivery deadlines
- late deliveries when the courier has failed to deliver the parcel and it has been taken back to the depot.
- If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct.
If you are not in at the point of delivery the parcel could well be waiting for you to pick it up.
Who Will Deliver My Order?
For all our deliveries we use Australia Post and a variety of Courier Services to send the parcels to you in the fastest & cost-efficient way.
We ship our parcels via a variety of freight companies like StarTrack Express Courier, Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers Please, to name a few, depending on your location. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.
Freight Companies do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.
Pick Up:
Unfortunately, we do not accept pickups from our warehouse location or our retail storefront with the exception of Balloon Gas Tank 4 Day Hire.
International Shipping:
Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address in the Checkout to see delivery charges to your country. Charges are based on individual order weights.
Some international orders may get detained by local customs agencies. Party Savers cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.
Please note: If an order gets held by customs, it may also delay delivery.

Our new EcoOccasions Sugarcane Tableware is made from 100% natural sugarcane fiber. Sugarcane fiber (also known as Bagasse) is the dry pulpy residue left after crushing sugarcane stalks and extracting the juice from cane sugar.
Sugarcane pulp is an excellent alternative to wood. While paper is produced from pulping wood from trees, Bagasse is the reclaimed byproduct from the huge sugarcane industry.
Re-production using bagasse is more environmentally friendly than Styrofoam or even recycled paper to produce, requiring less water and less energy. The fibrous nature of bagasse make it easy to mold into many shapes and sizes.
It is compostable, in both home and industrial settings. And will 100% biodegrade within 90 days. When sugarcane products degrade, they provide natural ingredients back to the environment since they are made from natural materials.
Being made from reclaimed and renewable resources, our tableware is the ultimate sustainable product.
It is food safe and non-toxic, oil & heat resistant up to 100⁰C, leak proof, microwavable, freezer safe.
