Christmas is such an amazing time of year. However, the rest of the northern hemisphere parties-on all Dec – Jan with their fantastic Winter party themes, but they kind of fall short here in Australia during our Christmas season when we are sweltering in our 40 degree Christmas heat. Yeah! It’s tough to be a true Santa fan, during the festive season, when everyone is at each other’s throats to appear full of Christmas cheer when it is too hot to eat, sleep, or enjoy company.
We have all seen those beautiful B&W Christmas movies starring Jimmy Stewart and Lauren Bechall as they party with fabulous Christmas spirit.
But, don’t be put off by being in the wrong hemisphere! Christmas in July is HUGE in the Blue Mountains, with Jazz Festivals, Iconic productions and scrumptious wine festivals.
